THE FOOT, THE FOUNDATION OF OUR BODY

Around 600,000 years ago, humans began to walk upright. Ever since, our feet have had to bear the burden. They carry us around the world four times, about 160,000 km, during our lifetime.

The foot, like the whole body, is a miracle. A perfect construction of 28 bones, held together by ligaments, which together with muscles and tendons move the joints flexibly, allowing us to walk, run, dance and jump.

SHOES THROUGHOUT THE CENTURIES

No person is born with shoes. But yet we all wear them from childhood on, although our feet are designed to walk barefoot.

Why is that? Because shoes protect our feet: from the cold, water, dirt and injury. But not all shoes are created equal...

PERFECT FOR YOUR FEET

Roots are to trees what feet are to the body. If they are constricted, do not get air or are neglected, it affects our whole body – the spine, muscles, posture, circulation, metabolism, blood flow, respiration.
