Vegetable curry with potatoes and paprika

 for 4 persons

 800 g potatoes
 800 g paprika (2 yellow and 2 green)
 250 g plain joghurt
 6 Tbsp. rapeseed oil
 2 onions
 2 Tbsp. curry powder, some water 
 2 Tbsp. chopped almonds 
 freshly ground pepper, salt, 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley


Peel potatoes and chopp. Hollow out the paprika and chop into small pieces. Peel onions, cut into small pieces and fry in oil. Put in the potatoes and fry briefly. Then add some water and the curry powder. Bring to a boil and add the remaining ingredients - season and taste.
