Ultra-soft and flexible with ample room
GANTER SENSITIV shoes are suitable for diabetics and rheumatoid arthritis sufferers.
Our GANTER SENSITIV comfort shoes provide plenty of space for the toes in length, width, and height. Additional room is created through the use of stretchable inserts, while ensuring secure heel support. We have completely avoided any seams that could cause discomfort.
Our SENSITIV functional lining cushions the foot and, thanks to a silver finish*, has antimicrobial properties, making the comfort shoe cleanable.
When using stretchable textile inserts, we line them with a breathable climate membrane, making the shoe rain-resistant (– not waterproof). We have omitted a toe cap that could exert pressure on the foot.

For those who want to be active and seek that extra width for walking especially light and comfortable, we have developed Karl-Ludwig and Karla-Luise. Both offer plenty of space, particularly in the forefoot, for especially demanding and sensitive feet.
What Karl-Ludwig and Karla-Luise additionally offer:
- Sole stiffening (optional) for significant relief of the forefoot.
- Heel and midfoot roll
- Extra stiff, extended heel counter
- Width K&L with insert element, "spacer" for width adjustment
- Suitable for large-volume diabetes-adapted footbeds
KARLA-LUISE & KARL-LUDWIG MIT SOHLENVERSTEIFUNG
Our K&L shoes with sole stiffening have an aid number and can be billed as a health insurance benefit in Germany for diabetic foot syndrome with a prescription.
