Comments from experts on GANTER LIGHT-STRIDE TECHNOLOGY

"The Ganter shoe is suitable as an all-day shoe and for restoring natural walking functions. In some cases, it may be advisable to initially increase wearing time so that muscles and posture can adapt to the improved statics. The climate comfort is also very pleasant."

"After the adaptation phase, I noticed that I significantly reduce the strain on one leg when standing for long periods. I attribute the fact that I actively stand with both legs to my calves and soles being noticeably more relaxed. I felt the sensory-motor activation mainly in the soles of my feet and legs. On days when I stand for long periods and walk a lot, I used to always have slight tension in my soles and tired lower legs, mainly due to my mild flat feet. When wearing Ganter shoes, even after long workdays, my soles remain relaxed. The relief function has been noticeable for me in my right foot. Here, when wearing other shoes for a while, I usually feel muscular tension on the outer edge of the foot and under the sole. With Ganter shoes, I can stand and walk for a long time without feeling my right foot."

"The comfortable fit allows for good forefoot and toe mobility without being unstable. The rolling function supports dynamic walking and still feels very natural. I was particularly pleased that even after a long day on my feet, I had no foot pain, which I often experience. I didn't feel my rather pronounced hallux valgus at all. Especially on smooth, firm surfaces, the rolling function and arch support mobilize the natural activity of the foot muscles. This activation has a positive effect on the entire fascial chain, so the entire body posture straightens."

"After completing my testing phase, I can recommend wearing these shoes for people with foot misalignments, knee and hip misalignments, foot drop, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendon problems, and unstable ankles. The shoe is suitable for reducing muscular imbalances and restoring natural walking functions (even after endoprosthesis treatment), thereby relieving the spine."

(Michael Pleß, Physiotherapist and Sports Physiotherapist from Sendenhorst)

"I've been wearing the shoes for about three weeks now. At the beginning, I noticed the support in pronation, which I initially found somewhat uncomfortable and localized. However, as I continued wearing them, this 'sensorimotor activation' became more uniform and widespread in terms of sensation. I didn't notice the sole roll/rolling movement as much. The walking feels light, secure, and fluid. Even on long workdays, I have a comfortable feeling in my feet and back. I haven't noticed any improvement in posture during the time I've been wearing them. Overall, I find the shoe very comfortable. It provides support and correction without being overly intrusive."

"Overall, in my opinion, the shoe is generally recommended preventively. The first group of professionals that came to mind for me were caregivers. The sole design seemed to promote a more upright posture and pelvic alignment. In general, the shoe is suitable for individuals with foot misalignments, fatigue, and overuse symptoms, as well as those with unstable ankles and overweight to obese individuals."

"The evaluation of the shoes with the LIGHT-STRIDE TECHNOLOGY is mainly about the fact that I have less tired feet. I was immediately pleased with the very good support provided by the insoles. Nevertheless, I noticed flexibility and freedom of movement due to the rolling system. In cases of polyneuropathy, the sole system can be very helpful. Improvement in functionality can occur immediately with rolling. The foot is well guided by the four-point sole. In resonance, this has a positive effect on the entire body!"

"At GANTER, people are the most important. But actually, I am the one who truly matters, the last, I am the measure of all things.

My body dimensions are constantly checked and adjusted. In my tailored wardrobe, I must always look my best. I only allow vegetable-tanned calfskin against my skin because it's simply the best for a healthy foot climate.

As a highly esteemed, anatomical GANTER last, I correspond to the natural shape of the foot, ensuring that feet receive support and the space they need. Teammates are responsible for slim and wide feet, making sure that every foot finds its best place. In total, there are seven of us - Widths E to L - naturally with a slim heel for perfect support.

Simply put, it's not possible without me."
