The K and L widths can be adjusted using the removable spacer under the footbed. The GANTER cork footbed provides relief with Lunair-Med cushioning. The SENSITIVE lining supports the shoe's function – nothing pinches, rubs, or constricts. We use non-pressure, flexible seams, particularly in the forefoot. The stretch material adapts to the shape of your foot, ensuring an even better wearing experience. Crafted from smooth black leather, this classic comfort shoe becomes a functional everyday companion. Two narrow Velcro straps allow you to adjust the fit to your individual foot shape for a secure hold. Of course, you can also replace the GANTER removable footbed in KARLA-LUISE with your own orthotic insoles. The stiffened sole provides additional relief for the forefoot. This is natural walking that's simply enjoyable! The shoe, with its medical aid number, can be submitted to your health insurance provider in Germany.
